The public health advice is that the future trajectory remains uncertain. The 3 steps everyone can take to help reduce the spread of the virus are:
1. Get vaccinated and get your booster when you are called.
2. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, get a PCR test, self-isolate until you get your result and then follow the public health advice.
3. In every situation, reduce your risk of catching or transmitting COVID-19 over the coming weeks by:

To protect against Infection:
1. Get vaccinated and get your booster when you are called.

- prioritising close friends and family and being conscious of vulnerable people (including yourelf) in your circle
- meeting outdoors where possible and opening windows and doors to let fresh air in if meeting indoors
- wearing a mask, keeping your distance and cleaning your hands frequently
- using antigen tests appropriately

- All players must pre-book their court. All players' names must be noted on the booking.
- Please book your court using Skedda. Contact the club phone if you are having difficulties logging in.
- Players should arrive ready to play as there will be limited use of the changing rooms.
- Masks to be worn inside the clubhouse, please limit time inside, ensure doors and windows are open when inside as ventilation remains a core component of the COVID-19 response.
- The entrance to the courts is by fob, please sanitise your hands before and after opening the gate.
- Our opening hours during this phase are 9.00hrs to 22.30hrs
To protect against Infection:
- Players must refrain from handshakes and high fives
- Maintain a physical distance from other people at all times
- Do not share food, towels, equipment or drinks
- Cover your coughs and sneezes and dispose of any used tissue carefully.
- Try not to touch any surfaces, but if you do, sanitise your hands as soon as possible
- Use your racquet / foot to pick up balls and hit them to your opponent. Avoid using your hands to pick up the balls
- Remain apart from other players when taking a break
- If a player becomes unwell after playing, they should first contact their GP/HSE and then inform the club on this number: 087 3906067. The club will then follow advice provided to them by the HSE on the next steps
- We ask that members remind other members of the guidelines, in a gentle way, when they witness poor practices. Repeated poor practice should be reported to the club immediately.
